Live tracking of your shipment

If you wish, you can receive live tracking of your shipment and are always informed about the current status of your pallet shipment, including the estimated time of arrival.

Transport insurance selectable

For valuable goods and merchandise, you can add a transport insurance and thus protect yourself against damage. The costs depend on the value of the goods.

Packing suitable for transport

The sender is always responsible for packaging suitable for transport. As a private person, you can order a pallet in hardware stores or online retailers.

Make sure that there is not a large overhang with piece goods, i.e. stacked cartons etc. that you want to transport by pallet, otherwise the goods could fall over during lifting.

Also secure the goods with stretch film around the pallet, starting from the bottom and working upwards. Include the pallets here, as the film will then provide better adhesion and hold.

Permissible dimensions

Euro pallets

Euro pallets have standardized dimensions.

Length 120cm
Width 80cm
Height 15cm
Weight 25kg
Payload 1500kg - with even weight distribution

If your shipment exceeds these dimensions and cannot be divided into several pallets, you will need a one-way pallet or pallet with special dimensions. Alternatively, two Euro pallets can be bolted together (with wooden plate from above).

Disposable pallets

One-way pallets are not subject to standardization and are therefore available in various dimensions, including the EU pallet format.

A pallet exchange on delivery is not possible here, which is why the one-way pallet is also referred to as a loss pallet.

    • Truck drivers & carriers are entitled not to take your shipment if it is not properly packed and secured against damage.

    • Always clarify in advance whether a forklift or lift truck is available for loading and unloading, or whether these must be provided by the freight forwarder.

    • Hand over all necessary documents to the truck driver or attach a delivery bill to the shipment as well.

    • Always provide your cell phone number in case of any problems or questions during pickup or delivery.

  • At this time, only payment in advance by bank transfer is possible. After successful receipt of payment, we will immediately commission your transport.
